The life he dreamed of when he was little


Jonathan Rampi, a young Tuscan chef, was born and grew just a few kilometers from La Casa del Buono, in San Giustino Valdarno (Ar) and here he decided to start his new professional adventure. In the Valley of the Balze and of the Arno River, between field expanses that change appearance with the seasons, Jonathan opened the farm restaurants after having gained over ten years of experience in catering, with the specific desire to combine a passion for cooking and the love for a lifestyle made of simple and natural things. By making a career change, the young chef accepted a new challenge where in addition of being the creator of genuine and tasty dishes, he would also become the first producer of the ingredients cultivated right there, a few steps from his kitchen.
